We have been reading the story of the first Thanksgiving in pre-k. OnFriday, we made bracelets with special beads to help us remember the story. The children were really interested in the story, especially the details about the long cold winter and what the Native Americans taught the Pilgrims about life in the United States.
Stringing the beads was good exercise for our fingers!
